Our General Notarization service includes common notarial acts such as acknowledgements and jurats, performed in compliance with California notary laws. Fees are charged per signature notarized, in accordance with the maximum fees established by the State of California. We provide professional, accurate, and efficient service to help ensure your documents are properly executed.
Includes:
✔️ Acknowledgements
✔️ Jurats (oaths and affirmations)
✔️ Identity verification using acceptable forms of identification as required by California law
✔️ Completion of all required California notarial certificates and journal entries
✔️ Fees charged per signature notarized, up to the maximum amount permitted by California law
Please Note: All signers must appear in person and present valid identification that meets California requirements. Additional travel fees may apply for mobile notary appointments and will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the scheduled service. California notaries are prohibited from providing legal advice or selecting the appropriate notarial act on behalf of a client.

We understand that arranging notarization services during a hospital stay can be stressful. Our Hospital Notarization service provides compassionate, professional assistance for patients and their families while ensuring all notarizations are completed in accordance with California notary laws.
Due to the additional time, coordination, parking expenses, and access requirements often associated with healthcare facilities, an increased facility fee may apply for hospital visits. This fee is separate from the state-regulated notarial fee and any applicable travel charges. All fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.

✔️ Signers must provide valid identification that complies with California requirements or meet the state's approved identification alternatives.

Additional Facility Fee: Hospital appointments may be subject to an increased facility fee due to the complexity and logistics involved in providing services within medical facilities. A witness fee of $35 per witness applies for this service. If witness services are requested on short notice or require expedited scheduling, an additional rush fee may apply due to the coordination and availability required to accommodate urgent appointments. All applicable fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.
